Most people land on this page for one of two reasons: the OTP didn’t arrive, or the app logged them out after an update. Both are covered below. If you’re just looking for the login screen, open EK7 and tap Login — enter your registered mobile number, request the OTP, and you’re in.
How Login Works
EK7 uses your mobile number as the account identifier. On the login screen, enter the number you registered with and tap Get OTP. The six-digit code comes via SMS. Enter it and you’re through.
If you set a password during registration, there’s a toggle on the same screen to switch between OTP and password login. Either works.
Logging In via Browser
Go to ek7game.me on any browser and use the login option in the top right corner. Same mobile number and OTP process. Worth knowing: the browser gets you into your account but you can’t play Rummy or Teen Patti there — those run in the app only.
OTP Not Arriving
This is the most common login complaint and it’s almost always one of three things.
DND mode. If your phone has Do Not Disturb enabled, it blocks SMS from numbers not in your contacts — which includes OTP senders. Check your DND settings before anything else. On most Android phones it’s in Settings → Sound → Do Not Disturb or in the notification panel.
Wrong number. Easy to do if you have two SIMs. Make sure you’re entering the number the account was registered under, not whichever number is currently active.
Network delay. Jio and BSNL users in particular sometimes see OTPs arrive 2-3 minutes late. Wait before retrying — requesting a new OTP while the first one is still in transit causes both to fail.
Check your SMS spam folder too. Some phones filter OTP messages automatically.
After 60 seconds, use Resend OTP on the login screen. If three attempts fail, wait a few minutes before trying again — the system rate-limits OTP requests.
Got Logged Out After an Update
This one catches people off guard. Some APK updates clear local session data as part of the install. Your account is fine — balance, game history, everything intact. Just log back in normally with your number and OTP.
If you installed the update from somewhere other than ek7game.me and the login isn’t working, try downloading the current build from [the main page →] and reinstalling.
Other Errors
Forgot password: Tap Forgot Password on the login screen. Enter your mobile number, get the OTP, set a new password.
Too many failed attempts: EK7 temporarily locks login after several wrong tries. Wait 15-30 minutes. If it doesn’t clear after that, contact support via live chat in the app.
“Account not found”: Try other mobile numbers you use — registration may have gone through on a different number than you’re trying now. If nothing works, [reach out to support →] with the number you think you registered under.
